Ingredients
  

Chia Pudding

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • sliced bananas
  • strawberries sliced
  • blueberries
  • granola or crushed nuts a handful

Instructions
 

  • Mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a jar.
  • Shake well or stir until evenly combined.
  • Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
  • Layer with fruit and granola before serving.

Notes

Store in the fridge up to 4 days. Try coconut milk for a tropical twist!
