Raw Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk raw, unsweetened
  • 1/2 apple shredded
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional
  • raisins or chopped walnuts a handful

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or small bowl.
  • Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir again and top with extra fruit or nuts if desired.

Notes

Use raw almond milk for a fully raw version. You can swap maple syrup for date paste or raw honey if needed.
