Pickle Juice Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup pickle juice
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken in pickle juice for 2–8 hours.
  • Drain, pat dry, soak in buttermilk for 15 minutes.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Dredge chicken in flour-breadcrumb mix.
  • Heat oil in skillet, fry 3–4 min per side until golden.
  • Rest on paper towels before serving.

Notes

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Great for lunchboxes or dinner with fries.
