chicken tenders
1
cup
pickle juice
1
cup
buttermilk
1
cup
flour
1
cup
breadcrumbs
1
tsp
garlic powder
1
tsp
paprika
salt & pepper
to taste
oil
for frying
Instructions
Marinate chicken in pickle juice for 2–8 hours.
Drain, pat dry, soak in buttermilk for 15 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Dredge chicken in flour-breadcrumb mix.
Heat oil in skillet, fry 3–4 min per side until golden.
Rest on paper towels before serving.
Notes
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Great for lunchboxes or dinner with fries.
