This quick and cozy one-pot beef and broccoli dish is packed with flavor and perfect for busy weeknights. Serve it over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and sear for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove from pan.
In the same pan, sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant (1–2 minutes).
Add beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Add broccoli and cook for 4–5 minutes until tender.
Stir in cornstarch slurry and return beef to the pan. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened.
Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
For freezer storage, cool completely before transferring to containers. Swap in tamari for a gluten-free version. Try adding red pepper flakes for extra heat.
