Add rum, blue curaçao, coconut cream, and pineapple juice to a blender.
Add crushed ice and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with pineapple and cherry.

Notes
For a mocktail version, replace rum with coconut water and use blue raspberry syrup instead of curaçao. Chill your glasses beforehand for an extra frosty treat. Great in big batches for parties—just multiply the ingredients!
