Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana preferably frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp pure Canadian maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • ice optional for extra chill

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup to the blender first.
  • Follow with banana, mango, strawberries, and vanilla extract.
  • Add ice if desired.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses or bowls, add toppings if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Use frozen fruit to skip the ice and keep the smoothie thick.
For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt.
Great as a smoothie bowl — top with granola, fruit, and a maple drizzle!
Freeze leftovers in ice cube trays and re-blend later with a splash of milk.
