Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings split and tips removed

Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Serving & Garnish

  • your favourite wing sauce
  • fresh parsley or green onions optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a wire rack on top.
  • Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange wings on the wire rack in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for another 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  • Toss hot wings in your favourite sauce and garnish if desired.

Notes

You can experiment with different spices and sauces to customize the flavor to your liking.
