Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble once cooled.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
Spread bacon and cheese evenly in the dish.
Pour egg mixture on top.
Bake 35–40 minutes until center is set and top is golden.
Cool 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can also freeze slices for meal prep. Add veggies like spinach or peppers for variety!
