Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onions optional
  • chopped spinach optional
  • mushrooms optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble once cooled.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread bacon and cheese evenly in the dish.
  • Pour egg mixture on top.
  • Bake 35–40 minutes until center is set and top is golden.
  • Cool 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. You can also freeze slices for meal prep. Add veggies like spinach or peppers for variety!
