Ingredients
  

Mango Magic Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp honey optional

Berry Banana Burst Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp maple syrup optional

Green Energy Glow Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 small banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen mango, banana, orange juice, yogurt, ice, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve cold.
  • Add strawberries, banana, apple juice, yogurt, ice, and maple syrup to blender. Blend until creamy. Enjoy immediately.
  • Combine pineapple, spinach, banana, orange juice, yogurt, protein powder, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth and vibrant.

Notes

You can make smoothie packs by portioning ingredients into freezer bags. Just blend with juice and yogurt when ready. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours or freeze in popsicle moulds for a healthy treat.
